The Police Department is located on the West Side of Belmont City Hall. The police department is operable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days per year.

Belmont City Court is held the second and fourth Tuesday of each month beginning at 3 PM. If you have questions concerning a court date please contact the Court Clerk at 454-3381 during normal business hours.
